Tariffs & bookings
Edenhouse is discreet and private. We
accept a maximum of 6 guests at a time and single party bookings are
accepted.
HOUSE TARIFFS (including tax) NZ$950 per room per night provides:
- A continental or full cooked breakfast.
- Pre-dinner drinks and canapés
- Use of all facilities in the house and grounds.

All of the above plus a 3 course evening meal, including fine wine, in the formal dining room or one of the outdoor eating areas.
Bookings & Cancellation policy
Bookings are secured by payment of a 25% deposit. There is no charge for bookings cancelled more than 30 days from arrival date. However due to our intimate size the following charges are made in the event of cancellation:
Within 30 days of arrival date: 25% of tariff
Within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of tariff
Therefore we recommend travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs.
